Enclosed service bodies can exceed 10 feet in height making it impractical to store ladders on top unless the ladder rack can drop down to the worker.
The Harrier Drop Down Ladder Rack for commercial enclosed service bodies is a hydraulically assisted ladder lowering system designed to provide safe, ergonomic, ground-level ladder access from the rear of your box truck or fleet.
Built to carry two ladders, The Harrier slides off the rear and lowers your load to a comfortable working height, eliminating overhead lifting and reducing strain on your shoulders and back. When it’s time to upgrade your enclosed service body, the system can be removed and transferred to your next work truck, van, or cargo trailer — protecting your investment and maximizing long-term value.
The Harrier is 2 feet wide. If you have enough width room on the roof of your enclosed service body, you can install 3 Harriers to carry 6 ladders.

The Harrier can be installed on most professional enclosed service bodies using a universal bolt-through mounting system.
Once the six mounting feet are positioned on the flat roof of your roof, the Harrier drop down ladder rack can be securely bolted into place. This allows for a stable installation while still making the system removable for future use on another vehicle.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that their vehicle's roof is structurally capable of supporting the Harrier Drop Down Ladder Rack.
For best results, we recommend:
- Reinforcing the roof structure if needed
